This is my user manual, a quick way to know a little about me and how I like to work.

Working hours
Typically 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. Most productive in the mornings. I value work-life balance and keep evenings/weekends free, but I'm flexible when needed for collaboration or deadlines.

Work environment
I work best in a quiet, focused environment. I prefer async communication to batch responses and maintain deep work sessions. I need dedicated solo time but also thrive when pairing with designers and engineers.

Communication
I prefer written communication, as it gives me time to think through responses. I'm responsive during work hours but may delay replies if I'm in a focused session. For complex topics, I prefer scheduled video calls. Be direct about what you need.

Collaboration
I love working closely with designers, that's where I do my best work. I value early collaboration in the design process and enjoy pair programming for complex UI challenges. The best solutions come from combining different perspectives.

Providing feedback
I try to be constructive and specific, focusing on the work. I prefer written feedback first, then follow up with conversation if needed. I appreciate actionable feedback with context. I'm always open to receiving feedback myself.

Craftsmanship and attention to detail. Teams that move fast and ship frequently. Good design and talented designers who challenge me. Transparency, direct communication, and a safe space to ask questions.
